10 Steps to Your Custom Project Design
How will we work with you to complete your project? The following detailed description of the steps will help you understand the process:

1. Consultation
We begin working together to decide on a design for your new website. Two J Studios will gather information about your wishes for the site, including your general specifications, any existing artwork, and any sample URLs of other sites whose design you admire.

2. Obtain Materials
Once we agree on a design your website, Two J Studios will provide you with a link to a form where you can supply any and all information about the project, including design specifications, desired layout, text, pictures, and a logo (unless Two J Studios will be creating a logo for you).

3. Advance Payment
A deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon fee is required before design work can begin. Two J Studios accepts payments through PayPal (verified), money order or Check (personal or business).

4. Demo Page
After receiving your materials and advance payment, Two J Studios will present a design mockup of the website home page within the agreed time.

5. Revision
At this stage, you can review the demo home page and submit any requested changes and/or revisions. You may request unlimited changes in one or two sets of emails. Two J Studios will then review your list of requested changes and consult with you to clarify any questions and ensure that the changes are within the scope of the initial proposal.

6. Finalize Demo
Two J Studios will then begin to work on your revisions. Please note that once work has begun, the list of revisions cannot be altered.

7. Demo Accepted
At this stage, you can then review the revised demo and approve each revision until the list is complete. Once an item has been approved, it cannot be revised again without incurring additional charges.

8. Implementation
Once you are satisfied with the demo page design, Two J Studios will begin coding the actual HTML/CSS/PHP pages for your site.

9. Final Revisions
As in steps 5 above, you can review the website and submit any requested changes and/or revisions. Two J Studios will again review your list of requested changes and consult with you to clarify any questions and ensure that the changes are within the scope of the initial proposal.

10. Final Approval
Once your project is completed, you will receive an "Approval of Completion" letter. In signing and returning this letter to me, you agree that all work has been completed to your satisfaction. At this point, the remaining 50% of the agreed-upon proposal fee is due. Once I receive the signed approval letter and payment, I will transfer your website files to you.

Turn Around Time
Two J Studios work as fast as our clients allow; turn around time is client dependent. If contents are provided sooner, initial and on going instructions are clear, revisions requested are reasonable, turn around time is usually quicker. On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed approvals, back and forth change requests etc.
The turnaround times that Two J Studios quote are based on current project load. -
Payments
Currently Two J Studios accepts Cash, Personal or Business Checks and PayPal [www.paypal.com] as forms of payment.
